Coach Gordon Gandy    Asst. Coach Michael Dobler

Coach Gordon Gandy

Coach Gordon Gandy is a Marine and Army Veteran. After serving as a Joliet Police officer for 5 years, coach Gandy retired from the force in his pursuit to expand the world of fencing.

While he does offer private lessons to students as time allows, Coach Gandy generously donates a majority of his time to his students in classes to offer them his vast knowledge of the sport. Despite a leg injury that medically discharged him from the military, he is dedicated to teaching his students and can often outlast them on the fencing strip.

Coach Gandy is loved and respected by students and parents alike for his honest dedication to the sport and his continued generosity, dedicating his time teaching students the art of Sabre Fencing.
